When you come along to your first session with us, it can feel a little daunting... but that's the same with everything new... 

Every class is taught in a relaxed manner, so its okay to not know what you're doing, we're here to help!

You'll show up, we'll introduce ourselves and possibly buddy you up with someone to help you through your first few sessions with us!

We tell all newbies to come along as themselves. just wear some comfortable, sports type clothing. (NO BUTTONS OR ZIPS)

We'll ask you to take your shoes and socks off when entering the training area. (Just so you're aware).

We'd also like to point out no watches or jewellery is allowed to be worn during sessions, this is just for the safety of yourself and others. 

Nope, just yourself! 

And a parent or guardian if you're under 18

And we advise to bring a drink too!

We are located at - Scotts self storage, Rome st, carlisle, CA2 5LE. We are in the building with the martial arts paintings in the window - you'll spot it easily!

When you arrive just come up the steps and one of us should spot you, if not just hang around in the waiting area until we see you. We'll give you a form to fill in, just to permit you to join in on your first session. 

And you'll be waved to join in when the class begins - again don't worry too much, we'll buddy you up with someone to keep you on the right track!

Take your first month free to really decide if this is for you. Remember you can train unlimited in any class that suits your age group in this month. You may find that a different martial art or class suits you better.

After 4 weeks from your first session we'll ask you to commit with us, here you'll become a member, set up your membership and discuss getting your uniform.
