These sessions will give you the basic understanding of what’s involved and a good idea of how our main sessions are run, it’s the perfect way to see what’s involved before signing up!

We're kicking things of with an initial 5 week beginners course, this will get you through the door, let you get to grips with the basics and allow you to get started in a relaxed and stress free way!

The first session will run on Thursday 23rd Jan
7.30pm - 8.30pm
For 5 consecutive weeks​

What happens after?
You’ll have the option to join our already established mixed mma sessions… or stick to our new permanent ladies only session on a Thursday evening!

Will I need any equipment?
Nope, just come along in comfortable sports type clothing and bring a drink. We have spare gloves for when they're needed! If you do decide to stick with training after the course, then we can recommend training gear for you.
