MMA - mixed martial arts

​Our MMA classes will teach you all the fundamentals of both stand up combat as well as grappling and ground work. Classes cover all areas of mma through pad work, partner drills and sparring.
These classes are also taught in a relaxed manner to get the best out of students as they develop their skills base.
Mon 8pm | Sun 11am | Thu 6.30pm | Tue 11.45am  | Fri 11.45am & 8pm | OPTION FOR ADDITIONAL CLASSES AM/ PM ON DEMAMD
Ladies only MMA  Mon 7.15pm | Thu 7.30pm | Sun 9am

LADIES KICKBOXING / FITNESS

This class is a super relaxed, take it at your own pace kinda thing! Suitable for complete beginners and a perfect way to improve your fitness in a steady way! 
Kickboxing is an amazing form of cardio and paired with bodyweight exercises and some pad work drills it makes for a different type of fitness class.

KARATE

Karate is a martial art which will teach you how to throw techniques as well as block and counter. Classes are ran in a relaxed manner. 
Our senior karate classes, for adults and our higher grade students are the best ones to try if karate interests you. 
Mon 5.30pm | Wed 6.30pm | Fri 6.30pm 

BOXING

The boxing classes we offer will provide an excellent all round session, covering both practical striking, including bag work, pad work and sparring. as well as fitness and conditioning. Our boxing coach runs sessions in firm but friendly manner and will definitely put you through your paces.
Wed 7.30pm | Thu 6.30pm
